Spamming 51-60 is the most popular option. However I find it to get boring fast so I just make two save files and do 10 floors at a time on each one. So I do 61-60 twice, then 61-70 twice, and so on until I clear floor 100. I rarely have to reset since I know what I'm doing, and it's more interesting than 51 to 60 over and over shows how to level an uneven floor.

Not sure about 100+ since, to be honest, I don't give a damn enough to run that. The other floors scale your rewards based on what series of floors it is - i.e. doing floors 1-10 gives less than 11-20, despite your actual out-of-PotD class level being the same for both runs. Also apparent in the tomes you get.

I ask because I was trying to get through floors 1-10 as a PLD and I died 3 times before I cleared it. Each attempt on the floor set saw me running out of time and I made mistakes.
